I'm sure I read somewhere to avoid nested tables, as spiders have trouble reaching the content.

Is this really the case?

Any EVIDENCE? I'm talking about a SINGLE nested table i.e. one table within one other.

Cheers!

Hi nicebloke,

I single nested table won't cause problems. However, more complex table structures do have a negative impact. You can find several past threads on the subject ny clicking on the site search link in the upper lefthand corner and then searching for "nested tables."

I do OK with a single nested table. I believe its the third one that really hurts. Also, I've learned the hard way to pay some attention to the order of the content in the cells... it might look just fine as a whole, but the descriptions I've had come out of those first ones can leave you slapping your head and saying WHAT was I thinking when I did that!?
