Hi,

I read somewhere on the board that it was good to name files and folders using your keywords.

Here is my problem: What happens if my keyword uses Swedish letters ö ä å

I thought I would use the equivalent ASC11 numbers, but they are not acceptable as a file names:

ö ä

Is there any other way I can do it?

Hi,

I don't know for Swedish, but in French where we use many accentuated characters, I would consider using capitals (upper case) without accent or maybe an English word.
For the French language, Google is able to retrieve an accentuated word with a non accentuated query.
If you consider to use upper cases for file names, be carreful with your link if your site is on a Linux machine because Linux is case sensitive.
