I have some points which I would like to discuss. I saw SERPS totally differing between Search Engines. Those sites which rank in Yahoo wont be ranking in Google and vice versa. But some sites rank both in Yahoo and Google.
Any specific reason, I have some client site which are Good in Google not in Yahoo and MSN. And some are good in Yahoo MSN and not in Google. This is my first point.
Secondly, I have a client site which is listed in Yahoo, but the title is company name and not the present title. Will this have impact on ranking in Yahoo? If yes how can I change the title?
Thirdly, I observed paid inclusion which are listed on top wont show up in non paid inclusion list. Is it a fact? Some of my client site are listed in paid inclusion but the same is not displayed in SERPS?
Could any one give me possible feedback.

If the results were the same at every search engine, there would be no point in having more than one ;).
"I observed paid inclusion which are listed on top wont show up in non paid inclusion list. Is it a fact?"
Usually (but certainly not always) people pay to be listed in the paid results because they either can't SEO/pay for an SEO or for whatever other reason don't show up well in the natural SERP's. But, having a paid listing certainly doesn't "ban" you from appearing in the free listings. A lot of sites do both.
If these are SEO clients, then I gotta agree with Ogletree to an extent - as these are pretty basic questions/observations for someone selling their services as an SEO.
Thanks for the reply. I know there should be differnece in SERP's. But I was very much surprised with recent behaviours of SEs.
Even after following good ethical and professional way of optimization sites wont rank. But there are many sites which are on top, either bunch of keywords withing meta tags, a para full of description in meta description but still ranking. How can you comment on this?
Thanks anyway for your comment.
