1. Significant installation of Search Engine Spyware

If search engines start to know how much people spend on a web page, they will quickly ensure only that pages with heavy time spent will show up at the top.

Search Engines believe that they are the traffic cops and that web pages should be destinations and nothing else.

2. Unified Whois ID #

A unified whois ID # will keep SEO engineers from creating multiple websites as search engines will be able to readily recognize who's creating them.
