I've added fresh Meta Tags to all the Pre Login Pages. Though most of these pages have a PR of 4 or 5. In order to get ranking for the keywords in the Title Tags of these pages, SHould I submit these 16 pages to Google for spidering. I'm afraid if the googlebot will consider it as spamming. Can you please let me know if this is fair practice. Thanks in advance, and I highly appreciate your cooperation.

There is no reason to submit to G. They do nothing with that. I really don't know why they even have that page. If that is the only way you can get in G then you won't rank for anything anyhow. You need to get more links and wait. The more links the better.

If its just the links that matter, then I wonder how to get those, as getting a Main Link to the Home Page isn't a problem. But gettin links to Sub Pages is a big deal, can't really spot the resources for these.

Can you indicate some resources which can be of help. Thanks in advance.
