I searched the phrase"<snip>",saw the fourth ranking website is :

I observed this site carefully,but i can't give me a reason why the site could be placed on the 4th.

who can tell me the reason?

I suggest you remove the link and the phrase used to find it, not really allowed to name sites/people as it could get out of hand and would you like your site deconstructed :)

I have seen similar questions posed as to a why a site should rank. Well there are a couple of thing to look at first.

On Page:
Look at the text, and usage of H1 tags, also the title.
Do a keyword density analysis with a tool like this-
[searchengineworld.com...]

Off Page:
Simply put, links, look for that, both internal and external. Now truth be told since ATW ceased there is not good way of finding all the links in. You see Google only show backlinks that are above a certain PR.

After that there are many thing to consider, redirects, off page text, hidden text, cloaking, the list goes on.

I reckon this is down to just on page text and a link or two, after a quick look.
