I am running my site through the keyword density checker on Search Engine World, and I see the "default stop word list".

What is the significance of this? The site I am making for for web page design, and I see alot of my keywords and phrases in the default stop word list.

Are those keywords booted out of the SE's or what?

The stop is are words that most search engines do not index due to space issues. For example, using stop words in your Title is a waste, due to you want your KWD as high as possible, and the dead space does hurt you somewhat.

Take into consideration that you should design your site and the content around your customers first, the search engines second, and all should be well.
