Does anyone have knowledge of Video Email and whether or not it is likely to be considered as SPAM by Email Filters?

I shuold sure hope it will be considered spam if not punishable by jail sentences at first offence.....

Imagine the phone bill for those with dial up trying to get past 10megs of unasked for advercrap just to read their wanted mail from wherever .....

This is the sort of missuse that will be possible and no doubt will be used with the new giga "gmail" free accounts ....

Imagine some spam house in hongkong decides to sign up and send out to just 100 users ...

Each one gets 10 megs via their 56kb dialer ( around one hour to down load the crap )...of see "mandy and her dog"........

There is enough of this goes on now via AOL , M$ , Yahoo etc via "throwaway" accounts from outside of the US , I know it's hitting my inbox as I speak .....

I wish someone had managed to put in the law an obligation to name the exact " Affiliated third party site " which we claim you gave your email address to ...

Then we could watch all the "viagra" sellers etc go straight to jail for making us pay to get their crap ....

Imagine if the post office made it a "collect" letter service ....

Or if you had to pay for every call you got at 8 pm on your phone to sell you something .....

Or if the junk mail in your "snail mail box" cost you 10 dollars a month .....

I ...( I dont live in the USA ) must get 10000 mails per month for things which are only for USA citizens ...But which I have to pay for to get the ads .....

Fume / rant / rave .....Justified!
