Any ideas for an individual working for a SEO Firm doing account management (50-60 accounts)? I'm expecting to receive a base + percentage for every dollar managed per month for my clients.

Depends entirely on your location on the planet. I know guys handling heavy loads for $20k and other guys doing the same for $100k. Just depends on when and where.
