Anyways, you get my drift, its a bogus page filled with keywords and if you really read it you see it actually just a bunch of jibberish irrelevant sentences with keywords in them. Won't this technique hurt them in the end? BTW, when you go to one of these pages, you are immediately redirected to the main site, so most users probably don't even notice a the jibberish.

Yes.
Real content wins in the long run. The people who design the algos for the SE's aren't idiots, (not inviting dissent here). Spammy insta-sites are very good at popping up in the serps, and then having their day in the sun, and then rapidly sinking beneath the waves to never be seen again, (not with the same URL at any rate). It's not a long term strategy... more of a dash for the cash. And really, who has the staying power for that technique other than a used-car salesman type.
