Should links contain full domain name?

Will robots go through my site?

Does anyone know if it helps to have www.mydomain.com/info.htm or is it the same as just linking as info.htm.
A friend of mine told me you are better to include your full domain name in the link for robots to go through the links but i am unsure if this is true or not.

Hi Mikko,
Here is a thread from December about Absolute and Relative Links [webmasterworld.com].

My opinion is that why not use absolute links whenever possible? It takes a little more time, but if the robots change their methods then you have a bigger problem on your hands.

I am just a bit conerned - i did a new version of an old web site for someone, google has been to the index page and picked up the new info but when i search on specific keywords relating to other pages within the site that i know should get picked up, don't. AARRGGHHHH!
