Anyway to submit to Lycos/Hotbot/inktomi, etc. w/o paying a fee?

These two sites have not visited us in a while. Is there anyway to have these sites visit me w/o paying a fee?

Any ideas?

links idea will work, but generally it takes a lot of time and patience to see it come through into fruition!
