I'm running a web site that sells my own digital product.
I'm new to search engine optimization and I'm trying different new approch everyday. I've registered my domain name in .com, .net, and .org. I want these site to interlink to each other hoping that this would help me to boost my ranking. But somehow I saw this message in WebmasterWorld this morning by Marcia:

" ...I can see the reasoning behind the strategy - it's building doorway domains. But if those 100 sites are registered to the same party and sit on the same virtual server with the same IP number, are similar in content and/or structure and don't have a more varied link structure, it could be dancing with disaster."

So what I need is a small web space with full Cpanel control to host my .net and .org domains. I don't want to put all 3 site in the same virtual server. In exchange I can give you the same web space in my virtual hosting if you are running a same strategy.

I don't know if this works. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Why not create three completely different sites - with completely different names - and host them in different locations? It would probably be easier than, essentially, "sub-leasing" space to someone else in return for them doing the same to you...

You could setup the .com side as the store/e-commerce area, .net as a links directory and other Internet services, and .org as articles, informational pages, and public service pages.

A nice little way to have the entire site span three domains logically.
