Hello all,
Im going to submit my site into search engines and was hoping someone could point out the best way for to do so. Is the use of software the best way? ... and if so, which?

Is there a site which you recommend I should use?
Or should I simply go round to each and enter them manually?

Thank you

Welcome to WW.

Or should I simply go round to each and enter them manually?

Yep, there's only a handful, it will only take a few minutes.

Then, get some good links from other sites so the SEs will find the new one from existing pages. And consider listings in DMOZ, Yahoo, specialized directories, etc., as they apply to the specific site.

Good luck.

Not at all. Just get lots of links. Most search engines won't index your site until there are a couple of links to it.
