alexa contact info for your site

its been almost a month

and nothing has been updated on my site's information.

is this normal?

just wondering. Funny how in the age of instantaneous communications and web, it takes so long to get that updated...

I think the Alexa staff has been busy with their increased integration into Amazon. Probably also delayed due to Holidays.

I've been trying without success to get one of my site's screenshot updated for several weeks even though they claim they'll change it within 48 hours.

Took months for my contact info to be updated after I submitted it - this was early this year.

I have already tried two times. First time more than a year ago, and then a few months ago but still nothing.
The screenshot that they are showing for my site is also more than 7months old.

It took months for our contact information to be changed, but it did get done. The screen shots are often old and, to my knowledge, there is no way for us to get them updated.
