Are these meta tags worth using?

Which search engines will recognize them and do they at all benefit me?

I currently use the following meta tags for one of my sites:

<META NAME="document-classification" content="Internet">
<META NAME="document-type" content="Public">
<META NAME="document-distribution" content="Global">
<META NAME="reply-to" content="me@mydomain.com">
<META NAME="document-rights" CONTENT="Copywritten Work">

I am wondering whether they're worth using, or if I should just scrap them...

I'd scrap them unless you are targeting a specific entity that is utilizing them like an education resource or something similar. I'm not aware of any major SEs that support any one of the five metadata you have listed above. I could be wrong, but from a search engine marketing standpoint, they really serve no purpose.

I agree with pageoneresults. If anything, having an email address in there is just asking for more SPAM. If you decide not to remove them, at least think twice about removing that reply-to one :)

It's just the Title, and sometimes the Descripion and Keywords. Remove the rest. :-)
