I've a .com.ar site and most of traffic I get it's from Argentine (ar), the site is already positioned.

So I wonder how to get more traffic from other countries, specially because it's Spanish and English.

But I don't get the English part very visited...
Changing my domain to .com would help?
Site is submitted to english Search engines and directories too..

Any help on how to expand?
Thank you!

It might help a lot.
The truth is that only few sites with *.ar, *.de, *.ko or other similar URL have any "foreign" (in our case English) content. Thus, when a surfer sees such URLs he generally fails to realize that there might be some English language section on such a site.
And a *.com domain is a 99% guarantee that an English-speaking surfer will be able to read the site content.

There's very few disadvantages and many advantages to having a .com, if you can find a good one and you can afford the low registration fee. I would strongly recommend going to one for English content if you can.

Remember to use 301s where the previous content was, so that the search engines will find the new content. It will take a bit too, so be patient.

Your regional domain will put you HIGH in the regional google :-)

I mean if you are having a .de domain, it will show better in google.de

I am in India and a clients domain .in shows pretty good in google.co.in then google.com and client is happy because if people in India open google.com it automatically redirects to google.co.in!
