MSN Search Results

Overture, Inktomi, Looksmart, others...

I currently manage several site marketing programs using SEO, PPC, and other components, and would like to make some sense out of the various listings which now appear on the MSN.com search results...

I know that Overture results appear in the top 3 Sponsored Listings spots, but am otherwise confused about where the listings appear from Inktomi, Looksmart and others....

Also, there are now additional "Sponsored Listings" on the left hand side of the page... where are these coming from? Would love to see some sort of a breakdown of the various MSN search results placements if anyone knows the secrets here...

Sponsored Sites = Top 3 OV ads
Web Directory Sites = Looksmart Results
Web Pages = Ink Results
Right Side of the page = ~#4-10 OV results
