I've seen this redirect script on several free listings sites. Does it prevent spidering or is it just to capture click through values?

Alltheweb SPIDERS MOST of the links. I have over 75k links done for a client IN TOTAL and over 70k are listed with Alltheweb, just around 1000 with Google. and rest with others like MSN, AOL (Takes from Google) etc etc!

I don't know if it really gets that much traffic? Never feel that though! Nobody knows of the future.
