way too broad. It looks like one of those "send me $5 ads in the newspaper and I'll tell you how to make money" and then they tell you to place an add in the paper.
I'd suggest finding out a lot more. It doesn't make basic "marketing" sense.

Also, those numbers aren't particularly impressive. I get what he offers with his special programme, without, after a single month of organic work in a high competitive market.
