forum launch

Hi Guys,

We decided that we should have a forum on our site (which has not yet been launched), because it gives us a competitive advantage.

At launch, the BBS will obviusly not have that many posts.. and from my experience, I usually look at the number of members or posts to judge the benefit of any forum.

How do I jump start it in terms of gathering a lot of posts in a short time? Anyone else launched a forum from scratch?
