On my site I write reviews on computer products and the title on all of my pages are: "MyDomain.com - Reviews, News, Guides, Forums"

Is that the best title to have? Or should I make all of the review pages that I write, the title of the review like:
"MyDomain.com - HP 6404 Computer Review"

Which would be better? I would think that the second one would be better because search engines could use that information better..

I just want to hear what you pro's have to say about it.

Hi, and welcome to WebmasterWorld.

You've got it right. In fact, I would recommend doing it this way - "HP 6404 Computer Review - MyDomain.Com". Following that, I would repeat the title of the review, as soon as feasible in your content within an <h1> tag, omitting your domain name. Naturally, it goes in the meta description and keywords which are of negligible importance with Google, but carry some weight with other SEs.
