File naming...Anyone know which order is better...or does it matter?

keywordphrase-contact.php
contact-keywordphrase.php

I know it doesn't count for much as linking and content do, but if you start adding up all these little things, they add up to one huge thing equaling linking or content.

Thanks

For the two examples you wrote, I think they are the same, as far as promotability.

If it is just a Contact Us page, then contact.php is in order.

Huh? I read here that you should keyword-name your files!

So, should I put keywords in my file name or not?
Thx

Sounds spammy to me. Some pages might be ok to put the keyword in the page name, but not every one, especially one that isn't optimized for that keyword (and I suspect that your contact page isn't).

I've always been told to build for your visitors, not the SE's.

Only when applicable. Keep them short and to the point. A contact page does not justify stuffing keywords into the file name and as dougmcc1 points out, it may look spammy.
