Does repeatation of links lead to penalization of web pages or sites alltogether. Does shuffling of links in diffrent manner in different pages help in that?

Hi Sujan, do you mean internal links or links pointing to other sites? In the first case, I wouldn't expect any problems. Some pages have a default header or footer with some links, and on the page some of those links are repeated.

Having several links to the same page outside your own site, shouldn't cause any problems either. Otherwise it would be possible to invoke a penalty for the site of your competitor.

Not sure what you mean. Spreading links over several pages instead of all together on one page? Well, anyway, if there is no need to fear a penalty, then you don't need a solution.
