i just received a notice in the mail from an SEO company that is trying to poach business. The letter looks like a bill from ATT phones, and tells people they have to pay for search engine submission to 1 million internet resources.

Hello cayleyv, yes this one has been making its rounds over the past couple of months. There have been numerous topics that come up throughout the year that relate to this type of scam.
