Can anyone turn me on to a good rank reporting tool. I DON'T want a submitter, and Webpositions results seem to be less than accurate.

All of the major search engines have something specific in their TOS that prohibits reporting tools. Not real advisable to use one today unless the se says that it is specifically ok. Some that are, work with Overture and other PPC campaigns.
