Hi
please could you help with my question
I'm going to run several information sites dedicated to different coutries all over the world
I'm plannig to use different templates (but with same data parts i.e. - title, meta tags, info) to build more then 1000 pages with content different for every country.
For example - hotels data for Italy at Italy site, hotels data for France at France site etc.
So there will be huge of rather simillar pages (by general design).
Question is:
Will Google index my pages at sites if I do so?
Or it will be one of reasons to ban my sites?

Welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com]

This could present a few problems:

Link farming:

How will the sites link to each other? If they all exchange links with each other then it could cause problems and result a ban for all sites in the link swap. It could be seen as a large link farm.

Duplicate content:

How similar will the sites be content wise?

Or will they just be of similar design?

Craig

thank you for answer craig
1. Till now I thought that there will be links to other my sites at index page of one site

hm I should change this design somehow
can you tell me is there any way to left link and not to be banned?
i.e. main site will have links to all country related sites
and coutry related site will have only one link to main site?

2. except links and design there shouldn't be simillar parts between sites

Is the main site going to act like a directory with only links to the other country sites?

If so I wouldnt see this as much of problem (I am not Google though :)).

If you only link to your own sites, then it might be seen as a link farm, you should have other links to non-affiliated sites as well to even it out.
