Hi there. I am looking for a good URL or free soft to (multi)submit many URLs to the major SE (at the same time) inktomi, google, fast, altavista etc.. Thanks for help.

I would suggest you spend some time reading the forum, most automated programs are not the time of day, use the site search here that will help you find loads of past posting on this.
If you've spent time & effort building sites put a little time to one side and submit by hand you only really need to submit to a handful the other SE's will find your site
