Some comments & questions on Go
1)Interested to know how much offline marketing Go has done leading up to the launch of the new site and whether they are still spending any?
2)We have had an increase in traffic mainly due to the fact of Go Directory listings getting more prominent exposure. I know that many of you are well listed in the directory. Have you had similar experiences?
3) What do you all think of the new GO? Big improvement and possibly the start of a revival OR just a new face but no follow thru?

2.) I hate to admit it, but there has been an increase in traffic from Go.
3.) My personal opinion of the new Go:
a.) Ugly
b.) Difficult to read (because of the current color choice)
c.) Difficult to navigate (too much clutter)
d.) Nearly impossible to filter out all the BS you get with most searches (not able to always search within results to remove unwanted pages returned)
e.) Impossible to find the GoGuides log in without typing the direct URL (I spent 2 hours searching, maybe I am blind)
If you can't tell I don't like the new Go. I have used this se since it started. It is the only engine I ever used when I really needed to find something. It was the only engine I have ever been able to find the most obscure drivers on. Now I have given up on it. :( Maybe someone else will come up with another great engine like Infoseek use to be. Until that time, I guess I have to wait.
