My site has PR6 now. Still on the second page of the serps though.
My site has a higher PR than the sites of my competitors.
My site has more backlinks than the sites of my competitors.
My site is still ranked lower in the serps than my competitors.
What is the next step?
I feel that I should focus on traffic.
Any suggestions?
Seems like you will have to continue optimizing your site for Google. PR ain't everything. It's good, but you need more.
Work on your title tags, your body copy, keywords and key phrases. Do you know what keywords your really after?
Have you used WordTracker? You need to concentrate on good content. Content that will propel you on top of your competitors. To get there, you need to optimize your site using the above suggestions.
