I've been out there (again) looking at top ranking sites and their code and methods.

In the latest one, consistently ranked around #3 for the search terms, I seen a carefully constructed description of what the company does inside comment tags in the body section of the doc. There were also meta tags.

I also observe that the company has a lot of links, being a major player in the field (web design).

The code made use of CSS and there were no html describing tags except for an occassional p. Tables and tags were all described by css linked document.

This seems to me to not follow what SEO experts are writing about. so I am naturally curious to hear members thoughts on this one.

Now i gotta get some sleep.
