secondary domain names

Question:

Say I have a Company called Foo, Inc. Foo's Corporate website is www.foo.com

Say I have other domains that may describe what kind of business foo is - kinda like the following:

callus4foo.com/biz/net
callus4widgets.com/biz/net
foo4sale.com/biz/net
etc..

Now say I have each of those domains pointing to www.foo.com
so foo.com sees all the traffic. Can I promote the other websites via SE? or will I be black listed?

Or will I actually need to create independent sites and just have a link pointing to www.foo.com?

How can I utilize these domains effectivly to drive traffic to www.foo.com?

If the content is duplicated, this is spam. If there is an automatic redirect for users but not for SE, it's spam.

The only way to do it right is to develop totally different sites and link them to www.foo.com. But if these sites are just doorway pages with little value -> they won't get links to them -> they will get low google PR -> it won't help you.

There are of course all kinds of spammy techniques that can give good results for a time ( not in the long term).

I guess we we will just keep the domains pointed to foo.com and just not list them in the SE's
