I've had my site up a couple of months now, and all Google seems to index is my main index page located at the root of the domain.
I've looked at my logs and Google has definately crawled over other pages, however all I ever see in my searches at Google is my main home page. Does anyone know what may be happening? - as I'd really love to have these other pages show up.
Thanks,
Kuri.
Also keep in mind that a couple months is not long and your interior pages may appear in the index after the update.
Try a search like this: site:www.yoursite.com keyword
Replace keyword with a word that you know is on every page of your site.
My site is dynamic, and when i learned this is bad for search engines, I made some 30 pages static, for my products, then a link from there to the dyamic listing of products.
I have been waiting a while, like a month or so, no search engine has picked up any of my static pages YET. However it should happen with time.
So Im in the same boat, and my static pages are really great, Im going to do very well once they are picked up, the waiting is the hardest part....
I am one of the most inpatient people on the planet, this is beginning to be a problem.... Well atleast I can get it out here, good therapy :)
I have worked so hard on this site, 2 months like 12 hrs a day, most of time up to 2:00 am , My day will come! just hopefully soon :)
