I need some advice as to what to do next.
We are a services company. The site is complete and listed in all major search engines. Designed and running a relatively small ($50/month) Overture campaign.
What are the next steps to promote the site to maximize traffic?
Any advice is appreciated!

After ensuring that your website is completely and thoroughly optimized for its keywords, I would do as Tigger mentioned, and begin seeking out as many quality links as you can.
