I have been reading posts and it has been very helpful. I am a novice so here is my question. I checked my stats by typing in my web address on all the web. It listed us as having over 1,000 linking pages and lots of information. When I typed my address into Google, it gives no information. Does anyone know why that is?

Thanks

Hi eurolandscott,

Welcome to WW.

It's the way Google returns results for a backlink search.

If you do a backlink search for a page on Google it will *usually* only return results if that page is a PR4 or greater AND then will only include results from pages that are PR4 or greater.

The *usually* means that you *sometimes* see PR3 or other slight variations.

Hope this helps,

Jim
