I recently was looking at the page source of a website that is the top ten Search engines results for a particular keyword pharse i am trying to target. I noticed they have 4 comment tags above the <head> tag that include keyword pharses - one bienfg the one I searched for.
How do these tags influence SE or is just a short term thing?
