The software allows you to -
"move desktop settings and preferences,
application settings, network settings, locally stored files and folders, wallpaper, screen savers, shortcuts, e-mail, printer assignments, and more." ( for Windows® 95, 98, NT4 or 2000 PCs)
I'd like to have a firm grasp of what this means. I'm looking for tutorials, articles, etc. that will explain who would use this software, what part of 'computer software' does this fall under specifically? I've looked through the Google/dmoz directory and can not figure it out.
Any input is greatly appreciated.
The basic windows system, is ament to be idiot proof - except when your not an idiot, it can be a nightmare < by the by.
Windows, OS's are extremely configuarable, where you can take away all the nice looking icons, which represent all the various scripts and services that run underneath, to the point that it looks more like a *nix box.
That being said, the software sounds like a company that is trying to simplify the process, within a package, in which the purchaser, does not have to learn how to do each and every process for themselves directly with the Windows OS.
Promotionally, i would have thought CUSTOMISATION WITH EASE would be the key to the promotional tack.
"...delivers user preference
