From google add url site.

Please enter your full URL, including the http:// prefix. For example: [google.com...] You may also add comments or keywords that describe the content of your page. These are used only for our information and do not affect how your page is indexed or used by Google.

Even though they say they don't do the comments and keywords matter? Total newbie question.

Although I don't use the "add URL"... place the overall topic of your site in the comments field.

They'll have no effect on how your pages are listed, or on your rankings. So... no, what you enter there, or anything, doesn't really matter.

Maybe they should have a pleading/begging text box for those of us with no shame :)
