I have been building websites professionally for two years. My own index page is designed completely in Flash. Other pages are mixtures of Flash and html. Until recently, I didn't care about "Google tradeoff" since my prime source of traffic was Overture's pay-per-click system. Now I want Google traffic. I purchased Web Position Gold to help create doorway pages. I want to rank well for 3 to 4 terms. Questions 1) Can the doorway pages be text only? 2) does it matter what they are named? 3) How do doorway pages increase ranking? 4) what features of WPG are safe to use, and which should be avoided? 5)short of redesign, what advice can you give for increased Google ranking of my site?

Welcome to WebmasterWorld WebWizard,

I would stay away from doorway pages. You need to work on HTML content. Pages and pages of content. You should also try to split the splash into an index page with HTML content.
