Im always interested when I find different doorway type pages and spam for instance I stumpled across this in the googles result page, all it was is a page with 10 billion Link: Link: Link: Link: repeated that many times (10 billion) each going to its own link NOT on their system, each was different. What good does this do and what engines does it effect? or fool ;)

EliteWeb, I too have seen the same thing. It's coincidental you should bring this up as I was looking at one this evening.

I can't fathom how this type of page would have any effect other than appearing on the radar for possible spam. I mean, anytime you get a page with that many outbound links, its gotta show up on someone's radar, wouldn't you think? Just the pure repetition of link ¦ link ¦ link ¦ ... would be enough to do something. And, I think SE's degrade a pages quality if the load time passes a certain limit. That page you are referring to takes quite a while to load even on my cable modem. ;)
