What to do with an unwanted site

How can I make the best use of it?

I have a site (see profile) which I can do any thing I want with, a very rare thing for me. What kind of use can I make out of it?

It only has pr5 but I was thinking of placing some keyword rich links on it (they are relevent as its the new site for same company)

Might also use it to practise a few new seo tactics but there must be other things to do with it?

any ideas or suggestions welcome?

Uhhh...how about the obvious - make money from it.

Go sign up for some affiliate programs, and place those links on the site.
Judging by the theme of your site's topic, I bet you can find quite a few affiliate programs that will make you money off of that site.

Why sell it for 50 bucks now, when you can make 50 bucks a month off of it?
