But, it only seems to work if the original email is still in your IN box and your reply is still in the SENT MAIL folder.
I move my clients' emails into separate folders -- each client has a folder with all their incoming email. Click on the arrow from in one of those folders and you get an error message. Moved it back to my IN box and it worked fine.
They should fix/improve that. Thing should be smart enough to follow moved messages.
