External WiFi Antenna for Laptops?

Has anyone seen an external WiFi Antenna that works with Laptops? My G5 has one, so I thought maybe just maybe someone makes them for laptops too.

I believe Quickertek has a full range of Airport products for Apple laptops. I have read good reviews about them.
