creating OS9 installers?

creating OS9 installer or applescript to copy cd contents to drive

i'm trying to figure out a way around purchasing VISE installer. i just need to find a way to create an installer for OS9 or some way to copy a folder from a cd to a specific folder on the hard disk.

please help. i'm pretty clueless....

There's a pretty cheap installer maker called MacInstallerBuilder ($35):
