Does anyone know of any good links to get free web art / graphics etc for designing in psp. They have to be completely free domain so I can use them on a business web site

There are no single resource sites that cover free graphics. Hit google on "free graphics" and then start digging.

I have found a program called "Photo Objects 50,000" made by Hemera Technologies. www.hemera.com
