Server Set-Up Question

What do you think the best option would be in this scenario...

-I have 100 people that want individual sites.
-The size for each site will be no more than 1MB of disk space (So could all fit into just one account).
-Each person already has their own domain name registered.

Can I split up the space accordingly and use their URL all on the same account? And how is that accomplished? The latter of course being the most crucial part.

You could use virtual hosting [httpd.apache.org]. The concepts explained in Pointing multiple domain names to main site without mirrors [webmasterworld.com] could be adjusted to do what you want as well.
