I about two months ago I signed up for PFI through ATW for a new site I launched. Even tho the Ink and Fast picked up the site, I could never get it to appear on ATW. I e-mailed them and was surprised.

In less than two hours they got back to me, addresses the problem, then investigated it and fixed the listing so it my listing was in their index. They were really nice about it. I was just floored at how quickly they not only jumped on it, but also how fast they had it fixed.

Way to go ATW!
