On AllTheWeb, link:site.com returns all links to the site.com domain. (Which is extremely useful.

Google returns only links to site.com/index.html.

How do you use AllTheWeb to find backlinks for site.com/index.html?

Note: link:site.com/index.html does not work either. I'm not sure exactly what happens in this case, but certainly when site.com and site.com/index.html are not equivalent (i.e. through 301 redirect), then link:site.com/index becomes completely useless.

So, how do you do link:site.com/default with AllTheWeb?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Compare the results of 'link.all:' and 'link:' as described in the last message of the thread: Using link: in ATW - How to see backlinks only for the main page [webmasterworld.com]
