An excellent result all round. Thanks to WebmasterWorld for providing these forums that allow problems to get reported, combined with an excellent response by FAST, gives a good result for the viewer and the spammer does not get to hog the rankings for weeks at a time.

I just like to confirm that we have the same experiences when it comes to swift response from the Fast representatives. They have always responded quickly when we approach them. :)

I would agree that FAST do respond well.
On the one occasion there was a delay from them, I eventually got a message from the MD himself....
