Fast Topics no more at ATW?

I don't get any Fast Topics any more at ATW. Wonder why?

Lycos.com still displays them on serps directly underneath the searchbox.

I always found them a helpful device for refining searches. Granted, it didn't work out all the time, but it was a promising step in the right direction.
